Return, Cancellation and Hold Policies

Clothing Return Policy:

Need to return or exchange something you just received?  No problem!  Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit.  If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused.

You can return your item via mail use the following procedure:

  1. Using a return package via US mail or other parcel carrier of your choice.
  2. Please include a note stating purchaser’s name, address, approximate date of purchase and reason for return.
  3. Send returns to: 3785 6th Ave #101-40, San Diego, CA 92103 (we do not accept CODs).
  4. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.

Event Cancellation Policies:

Camps and clinics registrations can be transferred, full or partially refunded per the following chart.    If you need to make a change to your upcoming registration, please contact us right away.

In the event of rain or other inclement weather, we will reschedule the clinic or camp.

Other Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any clinic or camp for any reason we see fit.  In the event of such a cancellation, a full refund will be given to all registered participants.

Coaching Cancellation and Hold Policy:

Coaching Agreement

There is a minimum contract length of 3 months for all coaching plans.  After the first 3 months your coaching plan monthly fees will continue on a month-by-month basis until you notify us of your desire to terminate your coaching services. This notification must be received in writing (email is acceptable) no less than 2 weeks before your next scheduled coaching charge.

Suspending Coaching

In the event of illness, injury, or other issues, you may choose to put coaching services on “hold” for periods ranging from 30 days to 120 days.  Two-week notice before the next bill date is required for any non-injury or illness related holds. When you request a “hold” the next scheduled coaching payment will be $30/month maintenance fee, and the athlete will receive little or no feedback from the coach.  Regular monthly payments will resume on the date that the athlete requests to resume regular coaching services.
