We continue to watch the developments of COVID-19 and are adapting day by day. We value your business and know how much you want to get out and improve your mountain biking skills. We want to get out and ride with you, too!

As we navigate through these uncertain times, we have made changes to our policies to better support you, our customer. For all sales that occur through the end of 2020, event insurance will be available to purchase at a discounted rate at checkout. This will give you the ability to cancel your registration up to 48 hours before your event, for any reason, and still receive a full transfer credit to any upcoming event of the same type at any point in the future.

In the event we postpone an event as a result of COVID-19, all event participants will receive a full transfer credit that can be used to attend a future Ninja clinic of the same type at any of our 40+ clinic locations across the US. Transfer credits will never expire.

The safety of our participants and instructors is of utmost importance to us and we are working diligently to maintain the best course of action.
